| 摘 要： | 目的:通过检测溃克灵对溃疡性结肠炎模型大鼠血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)含量及肠黏膜一氧化氮(NO)含量、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性的影响,探讨溃克灵防治溃疡性结肠炎的作用机理。方法:采用TNBS法(100mg/kgTNBS+50%的乙醇0.25mL)灌肠复制出溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型。将72只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、SASP(柳氮磺吡啶)组、溃克灵大、中、小剂量组(每组12只)共6组,分别对各组大鼠血清IL-8含量及肠黏膜NO含量、NOS活性进行检测。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血清IL-8含量显著升高(P<0.01),肠黏膜NO含量、NOS活性显著升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,SASP组、溃克灵大剂量组可显著降低IL-8含量(P<0.01),降低结肠黏膜NO含量、NOS活性(P<0.01)。结论:溃克灵对UC大鼠有治疗作用,降低IL-8含量,降低结肠黏膜NO含量,NOS活性可能是其治疗机制之一。
