| 摘 要： | 多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种发病多因性、临床表现呈多态性的内分泌综合征,以雄激素过多和持续无排卵为临床主要特征,是导致生育期女性月经紊乱最常见的原因之一1]。因此,明确PCOS的病因病机在制定PCOS治疗方案时就显得尤为重要。根据目前中医界对PCOS的研究,将其病因归为先天因素、后天因素、情志因素及体质因素等4个方面。现代研究认为PCOS病因中的先天因素主要包括遗传基因及母体子宫内环境两方面,而后天因素多与女性出生后的代谢障碍及生活方式相关。此外,情志因素及体质因素在PCOS的病因病机中也占有重要地位。
