| 摘 要： | 观察偏痛散 (自拟方 )塞鼻治疗血管神经性头痛 64例的疗效。通过脑阻抗血流图(REG) 进行治疗前后的观察对比研究。结果 :发现对无先兆型和先兆型血管神经性头痛均有效。总有效率分别为 97.1 %和 83 .3 % ,REG的流入时间、波幅、转折高比值、重搏波、波型及幅波差均见明显的变化。结论 :偏痛散鼻腔给药治疗血管神经性头痛可望成为替代全身给药的重要途径之一

| Abstract: | Objective:Effect of Piantong powder,which was prescribed by the author,on 64 cases of angioneurotic headache was observed.Methods:Comparative study was applied on REG data before and after treatment.Results:Piantong powder has effect both on no-sign angioneurotic headache and signal angioneurotic headache.Total effective rate was respectively 97.1% and 83.3%.REG's inflow time,amplitude,turning point height rate,repulse wave,wave type and amplitude dispatch all had obvious changes.Conclusions:Giving medicine through nose might be one of the most important approaches instead of all body therapy in angioneurotic headache treatment. |
