中医药治疗HP相关性胃炎思路与方法

幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎(Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis,HPAG)是临床常见病与多发病,根除HP是根治慢性胃炎的关键,目前推荐PPI三联疗法(PPI加两种抗生素)作为根治HP的首选疗法,但西药毒副作用、耐药性、肠道菌群紊乱、复发率升高等又成为临床治疗矛盾。在总结前人理论的基础上,结合多年的临证经验,提出重视化浊解毒,活用健脾和胃,理气活血;据浊毒轻重分层用药;辨证选药;结合胃镜及病理检查结果用药的思路与方法,具有一定的临床指导意义。

Ideas and Methods of Chinese Medicine Treatment of Helicobacter pylori-associated Gastritis

HPAG(Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis)is a common and frequently-occurring disease,eradication of HP is the key to treat chronic gastritis,at current PPI triple therapy(PPI plus two antibiotics)is as the preferred therapy,but the side effects,drug resistance,intestinal flora disturbance,increased recurrence rate are contradictions of clinical treatment.On the basis of previous theory,combined with years of clinical experience,methods of resolving turbid and relieveing toxin,strengthening spleen and stomach and regulating qi and promoting blood circulation;medication according to the severity;endoscopy and pathology results;all these have the clinical significance.
