中药抗肿瘤研究进展

目的：对中药抗肿瘤的有效部位筛选,有效成分的分离、鉴定以及中药抗肿瘤的机制研究进展进行综述。方法：查阅近几年中药抗肿瘤的相关文献,对其进行分类、整理、归纳并分析。结果 ：中药抗肿瘤研究目前已初具规模,在抗肿瘤的部位筛选、有效成分及抗肿瘤药理研究中已取得一定的成绩。结论：应在传统中医药理论指导下对中药抗肿瘤进行研究。随着科学的发展,人们对肿瘤的病因、病机、治疗等方面有了新的认识,这对中药抗肿瘤的研究提出了严峻的挑战。

Anti-tumor Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Progress

Objective:Study the progress of the effective parts of traditional Chinese medicine anti-tumor screening,separation and identification of the active ingredients,and traditional Chinese medicine anti-tumor mechanism.Methods:Study a large number of traditional Chinese medicine literature and to organize,classify,summarize and analyze.Results:The research of traditional Chinese medicine anti-tumor has made great achievements in effective parts,active ingredients and anti-tumor mechanism.Conclusion:It should be guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine to study the anti-tumor.With the development of science,it has a new understanding about etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment of the tumor,this shows a severe challenge to the Chinese anti-tumor.
