补阳还五汤合巴曲酶对急性脑梗死患者血浆溶血磷脂酸水平的影响

目的：研究补阳还五汤合巴曲酶对急性脑梗死患者血浆溶血磷脂酸（LPA）水平的影响。方法：56例急性脑梗死患者随机分为单用组（27例）和联合治疗组（29例）,两组均给予巴曲酶治疗;联合组加用补阳还五汤治疗1个疗程。检测两组患者治疗前、治疗后5、7、14和21天的血浆LPA浓度,并与健康体检者（正常对照组）比较。结果 ：两组治疗前血浆LPA水平显著高于正常对照组（均P〈0.001）;治疗后血浆LPA水平逐渐降低,联合组于治疗后14天、单用治疗组于治疗后21天与正常对照组相比差异无显著性（均P〉0.05）;联合组治疗后5、7、14天血浆LPA水平显著低于单用治疗组（均P〈0.001）,恢复正常亦早。结论：补阳还五汤合巴曲酶能显著降低急性脑梗死患者的血浆LPA水平,抑制血小板聚集。

Influence of Buyang Huanwu Decotion(BYHWD)and Batroxobin on Plasma Level of Lysophosphatidic Acid in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To investigate the influence of Buyang Huanwu Decotion(BYHWD) and Batroxobin in on plasma level of lysophosphatidic ac id(LPA)in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 56 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected randomly to the alone group(n=27)o r the joint group(n=29).Batroxobin was used in both groups as basic treatment.BYHWD was used in the joint group for one course of treatment.The plasma levels of LPA were measured before treatment and 5th,7th,14th,and 21th day after treatment in both acute cerebral infraction groups,and compared with health volunteers(normal group).Results:The plasma levels of LPA in both groups were remarkably higher than that in normal group(all P<0.001) and gradually decreased after treatment.There was no significant difference of plasma levels of LPA between normal group and the joint group at 14d or the alone group at 21 d after treatment(all P>0.05).In the joint group the plasma levels of LPA were significantly lower than that in the alone group at 5th,7th,14th,21th day after treatment(all P<0.001)and returned to normal earlier.Conclusions:BYHWD and Batroxobin can significantly decrease the plasma level of LPA and inhibit platelet aggregation in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
