巢式PCR检测舌苔幽门螺杆菌临床研究

目的：幽门螺杆菌（H.pylori）是消化道疾病的常见致病菌,实验检测舌苔中是否存在H.pylori比较困难。利用巢式PCR检测舌苔幽门螺杆菌分布,并分析舌苔H.pylori与胃H.pylori的相关性。方法：用13C或14C尿素呼气试验（UBT）检测胃H.pylori;随机刮取80份舌苔样本,其中UBT阳性病人舌苔样本55份,UBT阴性病人舌苔样本25份,用巢式PCR检测舌苔H.pylori,以H.pylori的热休克蛋白HSP60基因为引物。结果 ：巢式PCR检测出44份的舌苔H.pylori感染为阳性;数据统计分析后,UBT阳性与PCR阳性的相关性较好（两组McNemar检验P=0.061〉0.05）。结论：胃H.pylori阳性的人群中,其舌苔感染H.pylori的可能性很大,舌苔是人体H.pylori的主要储存地,考虑为胃内H.pylori感染和复发的原因之一。

Clinical Research on the Detection of Helicobacter pylori on Tongue by Nested Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR)

Objective:Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)is a common pathogenic bacteria of the digestive tract diseases and the detection of the existence of H.pylori on tongue experimentally have certain difficulties.The paper carried out an experiment to detect the existence of H.pylori on tongue by nested polymerase chain reaction and studied the relationship between H.pylori on tongue and H.pylori in stomach.Methods:The research first detected the H.pylori in stomach by 13C or 14C urea breath test(UBT),then scraped 80 tongue samples randomly,which included 55 UBT-positive patients and 25 UBT-negative patients.Last it took a detection of H.pylori on tongue by nested polymerase chain reaction,which used the Heat Shock Proteins HSP60 gene as its primers.Results:It found that 44 copies were positive;the statistical analysis showed that there was a detectable link between UBT-positive and PCR positive samples(two McNemar test,P=0.061>0.05).Conclusion:People who are positive for H.pylori in stomach will be more possibility to infect H.pylori on tongue.It is insightful to take the H.pylori on tongue as one of the sources for infection and palindromia to H.pylori in stomach,based on the facts as tongue is the main storage of H.pylori of body.
