灯盏花素巴布剂经皮促渗作用研究

摘    要:目的:考察不同载药量的灯盏花素巴布剂经皮促渗作用。方法:采用透皮扩散仪考察不同载药量灯盏花素巴布剂离体透皮促渗作用;采用微渗析技术考察其在体经皮促渗作用。结果:载药量为1.5%、1.0%、0.5%的灯盏花素巴布剂的体外累计透过量分别为289.15、260.435、158.625μg/cm2;载药量为1.5%、1.0%、0.5%的灯盏花素巴布剂的在体累计透过量分别为8.32、6.53、6.38μg/cm2。结论:灯盏花素巴布剂随着载药量的提高,经皮促渗作用增强,是具有前景的经皮给药载体。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate potential of cataplasma as a topical carrier for enhanced skin permeation of Breviscapine.Method:The in vitro skin permeation behavior was investigated by improved Franz and spread pool;the in vivo skin permeation behavior was investigated by microdialysis.Result:Cumulative amounts of Breviscapine from the content of Breviscapine loaded by cataplasma was 1.5%,1.0%,0.5% and 289.15,260.435,158.625μg/cm2 in vitro,respectively.Cumulative amounts of Breviscapine from the content of Breviscapine loaded by cataplasma was 1.5%,1.0%,0.5% and 8.32,6.53,6.38μg/cm2 in vivo,respectively.Conclusion:Cataplasma provides a good skin permeation effect and may be a promising carrier for topical delivery of Breviscapine.
