山茱萸总多糖含量分析

摘    要:目的:对山茱萸总多糖含量测定方法进行研究,测定并比较不同商品地山茱萸总多糖含量。方法:分光光度法。结果:23个不同商品地山茱萸总多糖含量在1.68%~6.13%。结论:不同商品地山茱萸总多糖含量存在差异。

Abstract:Objective: To study the method for determination of the Fructus Corni polysaccharide content and compare the polysaccharide content in Fructus Corni from different habitats.Methods: Phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetric and spectrophotometer were used.Results: The polysaccharide content of Fructus Corni in different habitats is in 1.68%~6.13%.Conclusion: The polysaccharide content of Fructus Corni in different habitats is obviously different.
