| 摘 要： | 目的:观察金黄散外敷结合微波照射对急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将75例急性痛风性关节炎发作期患者随机分为治疗组40例与对照组35例。对照组采用单纯西药内服治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药四妙丸合五苓散(简称四五合剂)内服、金黄散醋调外敷、局部微波照射等治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.5%,对照组为:71.4%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血沉、血尿酸、胆固醇、甘油三酯均有明显下降,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:金黄散外敷结合微波照射对急性痛风性关节炎发作期疗效好,具有显著协同作用,安全好。
