| 摘 要： | 目的:观察甘利欣注射液联合硫普罗宁治疗中暑引起肝损害的疗效。方法:将46例中暑伴有肝损害的患者随机分成两组,硫普罗宁组(A组)和甘利欣注射液联合硫普罗宁组(B组),观察治疗前后患者临床症状改善情况及总胆红素、血清谷丙转氨酶、血清谷草转氨酶等指标的变化。结果:应用甘利欣注射液联合硫普罗宁治疗中暑引起的肝损害总有效率为87.0%,硫普罗宁组总有效率为60.9%,两组患者总有效率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:甘利欣注射液联合硫普罗宁治疗中暑引起的肝损害,临床上具有较好的疗效。
