心胸外科术后并发胃肠功能紊乱106例分析

目的：探讨心胸外科术后并发胃肠功能紊乱的发病率、影响因素及防治措施。方法：分析胃肠并发症发病率，并分析性别、体外循环、麻醉时间、主动脉阻断时间、失血量与术后并发胃肠功能紊乱的关系。结果：发病率情况为：便秘占79例，恶心、呕吐胃内容物占29例，泻泄占12例，腹胀占10例。影响因素：性别、体外循环、麻醉时间、主动脉阻断时间、术中失血量可能是心胸外科术后并发胃肠功能紊乱的危险因素。结论：术后胃肠紊乱并发症发病率高，影响因素多。中医针灸疗法及益气健脾中药治疗，对减少术后胃肠紊乱并发症有一定的临床疗效。

106 Cases with Gastrointestinal Dysfunction after Cardiosurgery and Thoracic Surgery were Analyzed

Objective:To explore the incidence,the influential factors,the steps of prevention and cure about postoperative gastrointestinal complications after cardiosurgery.Method:Analyzed the incidence of gastrointestinal dysfunction and the relationship between sex,cardopulmonary bypass,the time of anesthesia,the aorta blocks the time,the quantity of blood loss and postoperative gastrointestinal complications.Result: The incidence of gastrointestinal dysfunction is the following:constipation 79 cases(75.5%),nausea and vomiting 29 cases(27%),diarrhea 12 cases(11%),abdominal distention 10 cases(9.4%).The influential factors are the following:sex,cardopulmonary bypass,the time of anesthesia,the aorta blocks the time,and the quantity of blood loss are the risk factors of gastrointestinal complications after cardiosurgery.Conclusion:The incidence of the gastrointestinal complications after cardiosurgery is high and the risk factors are many.The traditional Chinese medicine is treated to use the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of Chinese medicine and replenish qi to invigorate the spleen have certain clinical curative effect in reducing the disorderly gastrointestinal complications after cardiosurgery.
