| 摘 要： | 目的:观察泌淋胶囊联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CAP)的有效性与安全性。方法:治疗组60例患者给予泌淋胶囊与盐酸坦索罗辛,对照组60例患者给予前列康片与盐酸坦索罗辛,均连续用药4周。治疗前后分别观察NIH-CPSI、EPS。采用美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)制定的前列腺炎症状评分(CPSI)标准判定疗效。结果:治疗组临床治愈率48.33%,总有效率93.33%,对照组临床治愈率和总有效率分别为41.67%,85.00%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后NIH-CPSI积分及EPS中WBC、pH值均有不同程度的改善,但治疗组的NIH-CPSI积分改善最显著(P<0.05)。结论:泌淋胶囊联合坦索罗辛治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎有效、安全。

| Abstract: | Objective :To observe the efficacy and safety of Milin combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic abacterial prostatitis. Methods :60 patients in the trial group were treated with Milin combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride, and 60 patients in the control group were treated with Qianlie kang combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride.
