| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺和滋阴降气汤对反流性食管炎患者血浆胃动素水平的影响。方法:针药结合治疗组60例,采用针刺和滋阴降气汤,中药组60例,服用滋阴降气汤,西药对照组60例,采用奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊口服,3组均以60天为1个疗程,1个疗程结束后检测指标,全部患者在治疗期间禁用其它胃药。结果:治疗前各组患者血浆MOT含量无显著性差异(P0.05),与治疗前比较,治疗后各组患者血浆MOT水平明显升高(P0.01);针药结合治疗组血浆MOT水平明显高于西药对照组和中药组(P0.05)。结论:针药综合疗法可显著提高RE患者血浆MOT水平,调节胃-食管运动,增加LESP,防止食物反流。
