分层次带教临床应用体会

摘    要:目的:探讨分层次带教方法的临床应用。方法:针对不同层次护生采用不同带教方法:中专护生注重培养其工作责任心和良好的工作习惯;大专护生注重培养其心理适应性并增强自信心;本科护生注重培养其独立工作和与患者沟通的技巧。结果:护生工作责任心、心理适应性、沟通技巧都有所提高,患者对护生态度明显改善。结论:采用不同的带教方法可有效的提高护生护理理论和实践相结合的能力,提高护理质量。使她们适应现代护理发展的需要。

Abstract:Objective:The clinical teaching by different levels was discussed.Methods:Different clinical teaching methods were for students in different levels.Students from secondary technical schools should focus on responsibility as well as good working habits.Students from junior colleges should focus on mental aptitude and enhance self-confidence.Undergraduate students should focus on autonomous working and communication skills.Results:The responsibility,mental aptitude and communication skills were all improved and patients’ attitude were improved.Conclusion:Different clinical teaching methods can effectively improve the abilities of theory and practice of students major in nursing and improve the nursing quality as well,and it also can make them suitable for nursing development.
