| 摘 要： | 痔病是一种常见病、多发病,对痔病的本质、出血原因与机制的研究尚未获得确切和一致的结论,肛垫局部微循环障碍可能是主要病因;非手术疗法效果明显、复发率低、毒副作用小;尚缺乏相关的大样本随机对照临床研究和统一而规范的疗效与安全评价体系。

| Abstract: | Hemorrhoids is a common and frequently-occurring disease.The essence of hemorrhoids,causes and the mechanism of bleeding are not yet precise.The local micro-circulation disorders of anal cushion may be the major cause.Non-surgical therapies are associated with significantly effect,lower recurrence and fewer side effects.Large randomized controlled clinical trials with an unified evaluation system of efficacy and safety are needed. |
