| 摘 要： | 中医五运六气是一门中医古老而经典的学说,以年月变更为基础预测气候更替变化,从而指导临床疾病的防治。同时,治未病自古就是医者追求的最高境界,也是现代医学发展的前沿方向。因此,五运六气在指导养生保健方面的意义尤为重大。文章将首先简要介绍运气学说,其次陈述分析目前社会上养生保健情况,最后阐述运气学说在养生保健方面的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Five elements’ motion and six kinds of natural factors of TCM is an ancient and classic theory.It forecasts the change of climate based on different ages so as to guide us in the prevention and treatment of diseases.Besides,preventive treatment of disease has always been the absolute goal which doctors pursue,and it is the leading edge of modern medical development at the present.Consequently,five elements’ motion and six kinds of natural factors of TCM is particularly important in guiding health promotion.It firstly makes a brief introduction in the thesis,and then analyzes present situation on health promotion,and finally states the application prospect of theory of Yun Qi in health promotion. |
