| 摘 要： | 目的:建立抗感冒冲剂的质量标准。方法:用薄层层析法对该颗粒中金银花、连翘、荆芥进行定性鉴别,用紫外分光光度法测定制剂中绿原酸的含量。结果:在TLC色谱中能检出金银花、连翘、荆芥,绿原酸在1.214~19.358μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997)。结论:实验所建立的定性、定量检测方法简便可行、重复性好、结果稳定准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish quality standards for anti-cold granules.Method:To use thin layer chromatography in qualitative identification of honeysuckle,forsythia and Nepeta particles;and to measure its chlorogenic acid amount with UV spectrophotometry.Results:Honeysuckle,forsythia and Nepeta can be detected by TLC;within the range of 1.214~19.358μg/mL,there is a high linear correlation with chlorogenic acid(r = 0.9997).Conclusion:The qualitative and quantitative detection method established in this experiment is simple,reproducible and stable,which can produce accurate results and be used in the quality control of preparation. |
