| 摘 要： | 目的:测定本溪地产的林下山参、生晒参、红参、池底参中有机氯类农药残留量并进行比较。方法:样品用石油醚提取,以硫酸磺化,采用DB-1701毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm)及电子捕获检测器(63Ni-ECD),外标法计算含量。结果:这种方法可以有效区别不同种类人参中有机氯类农药残留量。结论:林下山参、生晒参、红参、池底参中有机氯类农药残留量存在差异。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine and compare the residues of organochlonine pesticide in Linxiashen,Shengshaishen,Hongshen and Chidishen from Benxi.Methods:The samples were extracted by petroleum ether and purified with sulfuric acid.The column was DB-1701(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm).The electron capture detector was used.The external standard method was used.Results:This method can be used for determination of organochlonine pesticide residues in different types of ginseng.Conclusion:The contents of organochlonine pesticide residues in the four kinds of ginseng showed obviously difference. |
