降糖三黄片调节热瘀互结型2型糖尿病患者下肢动脉粥样硬化超声研究

目的:通过彩色多普勒超声探讨通过降糖三黄片治疗热瘀互结型2型糖尿病患者下肢动脉粥样硬化病变的价值。方法:选取2型糖尿病患者中药组23例,安慰剂组22例。在拜糖苹有效控制血糖的基础上分别加用降糖三黄片或安慰剂。彩超检测治疗前和后6个月治疗后患者双侧下肢血管管壁、内-中膜厚度及血流情况。结果:6个月治疗后患者热瘀互结证候明显改善,降糖三黄片组与安慰剂组治疗后比较,足背动脉、胫前动脉、腘动脉、股动脉,4组动脉的内径狭窄程度均较治疗前有改善,但腘动脉、股动脉与安慰剂组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而足背动脉、胫前动脉与安慰剂组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者4组动脉的内中膜IMT厚度均有不同程度的改善,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者4组动脉血流峰值流速Vmax比较可见,腘动脉及股动脉与安慰剂组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而足背动脉、胫前动脉与安慰剂组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:降糖三黄片对热瘀互结型DM患者下肢动脉粥样硬化具有改善作用。

Effect of Jiangtang Sanhuang Tablet on Low Limber Atherosclerosis by Ultrasonographic on Heat and Blood Stasis Syndrome of Diabetis

Objective:To observe the affection of Jiangtang Sanhuang tablet on DM Low Limber Atherosclerosis by Ultrasonographic method.Methods:45 diabetic patients were divided into two groups:Jiangtang Sanhuang group(n=23)and control group(n=22).All of the patients took Acarbose Ping to control the blood sugar.Color ultrasound technique was used to detect the blood vessel wall,lumen-media thickness and blood flow,then the control group with 22 patients was the placebo.Results:Before and after 6 months’ treatment,the heat and blood stasis syndrome was improved;Jiangtang Sanhuang group compared to control group,the dorsal artery,anterior tibial artery,popliteal artery and the femoral artery had different degrees of stenosis,and there were statistically significant differences of dorsal artery and anterion tibial artery after 6 months’ treatment(P<0.05);medial thickness of Jiangtang Sanhuang group had different degrees of thickness compared with control group,(P<0.05);there was no significant difference of blood flow peak velocity(Vmax)of popliteal artery and femoral artery between the two groups(P>0.05),while the dorsal artery and anterior tibial artery in Chinese medicine group had a statistically significant difference with the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion :Jiangtang Sanhuang tablet showed more effects on the improvement of Low limber Atherosclerosis.
