恶性肿瘤患者抑郁状态治疗综述

近几年随着医学模式转变,临床越来越重视恶性肿瘤患者抑郁状态的治疗,缓解抑郁状态可提高患者的生活质量和延长生存期,这一点已成为临床共识。文章分析总结近几年恶性肿瘤患者抑郁状态治疗的临床文献报道,将目前临床治疗方法归纳为药物治疗、心理治疗以及其他疗法,文献资料显示这些治疗手段均有肯定疗效。

Review of Treatment of Depressive State of Patients with Malignant Tumor

In recent years along with the transformation of medical model,people pay attention to treatment of depressive state of patients with malignant tumor more and more.Remission of depressive state may improve the quality of life of patients and prolong the survival time,it has become a clinical consensus.Author summarized reports of treatment depressive state of patients with malignant tumor of recent years,and classified clinical treatment methods according to drug therapy,psychological therapy and other therapies,the reports showed these treatments all had definite effects.
