| 摘 要： | 通过中医对哮喘"宿痰伏肺"理论认识的阐述,以及西医对哮喘缓解期存在慢性气道炎症的病理认识的总结,联系临床实践说明了哮喘缓解期"宿痰伏肺"与慢性气道炎症是中西医对同一病理机制认识的不同表述。阐明了中医运用"宿痰伏肺"理论指导临床实践的科学性。

| Abstract: | Through the traditional Chinese medicine theory of retained phlegm in lung of asthma and chronic airway inflammation in asthma remission according to western medicine pathology,combined with clinical practice,it shows retained phlegm in lung of the asthma remission and chronic airway inflammation share the same pathological mechanism of understanding with different interpretation in Chinese and Western medicine,explaining the significance of its application in clinic. |
