健脾化痰祛瘀法治疗痰瘀互结型非酒精性脂肪肝疗效观察

目的:观察健脾化痰祛瘀法治疗非酒精性脂肪肝患者的临床疗效。方法:将240例患者随机分为2组,治疗组120例,对照组120例。治疗组服用脂必泰胶囊,对照组服用阿托伐他汀钙片,两组均以3个月为1个疗程。治疗1个疗程后观察两组症状体征、肝功能、血脂变化,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为88.33%,对照组总有效率为79.17%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。两组治疗结束时谷草转氨酶(ALT)、谷丙转氨酶(AST)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三酯(TG)较治疗前均有明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后的治疗组与对照组相比,ALT、AST、TC、TG降低更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:健脾化痰祛瘀法治疗非酒精性脂肪肝有较好疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy of Treating Phlegm Accumulating and Blood Stasis Syndrome of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease by Strengthening Spleen and Removing Phlegm and Removing Blood Stasis Method

Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of treating the phlegm accumulating and blood stasis syndrome of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease by strengthening spleen and removing phlegm and removing blood stasis method. Methods：First,240 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 120 patients were assigned to the treatment group and the other 120 patients assigned to the control group. The treatment group took Zhibitai Capsule while the control group took atorvastatin calcium tablets. 3 months was as one course. After one course＇s treatment, we made a comparison of the clinical efficacy of two groups about the patients＇ asymptomatic, liver function and the serum lipids. Results ： The total efficiency of treatment group was 88.33% and the control group＇s was 79.17%. There was significant difference between two groups （ P〈0.05 ）. After treatment, two groups＇ glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase （ ALT ）, glutamic-pyruvic （ AST ）, serum total cholesterol （ TC ）and triglycerides （ TG ）were lower than before （ P〈0.05 ） Meanwhile, after treatment, the decline of ALT, AST, TC and TG was more obviously in two groups and the difference between two groups was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The strengthening spleenand removing phlegm and removing blood stasis method has excellent therapeutic effects on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease by and deserves further popularization application in clinic.
