卒后舒郁煎对中风后抑郁患者生活质量影响临床研究简

目的：观察卒后舒郁煎对改善中风后抑郁患者生活质量的临床疗效。方法：80例患者分为治疗组和对照组。两组患者均接受中风常规治疗,治疗组予卒后舒郁煎口服,日1剂。对照组予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片1片,每日1次,连用8周。两组患者分别在治疗前后采用HAMD量表评定抑郁症状;临床神经功能缺损程度（NIHSS）评分评定神经功能;Barthel指数（BI）评定日常生活活动能力。结果：治疗组与对照组在HAMD评分、NIHSS积分、Barthel指数评分比较上差别具有显著意义,P〈0.05。结论：卒后舒郁煎对改善中风后抑郁患者生活质量具有良好的效果。

Clinical Research on Cuhou Shuyu Decoction Affecting Life Quality of Post-stroke Depression Patients

Objective ： To observe the efficacy of Cuhou Shuyu Decoction on the life quality of post- stroke depression patients. Methods ： 80 cases of post-stroke depression were equally randomized into the treatment group and the control group. All cases in both groups were treated with routine treatment of stroke. In the treatment group, oral administration of Cuhou Shuyu Decoction was added. In the control group, oral administration of Deanxit was added, once a day, for 8 weeks. HAMD scale, NIHSS score and Barthel index were observed before and after treatments. Results ： There were significant differences in HAMD scale, NIHSS score and Barthel index between the two groups before and after treatment （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Cuhou Shuyu Decoction can improve the life quality of post-stroke depression patients.
