| 摘 要： | 目的:建立测定活血定痛合剂中丹参素含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18为分析柱(4.65 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-1%冰醋酸(9∶91),流速1.0·mL·min-1,检测波长280·nm。结果:丹参素进样量在(0.84~8.4·μg)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9992),加样回收率为98.04%,RSD为0.85%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、准确、可靠,可以作为活血定痛合剂的质量控制指标之一。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a method for determination of sodium Danshensu in Huoxue Dingtong Mixture by HPLC. Methods ： The sample was analyzed in the Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 （ 4.6 mm× 250 ram,5μ m ）, with the mobile phase of methanol-1% acetic acid solution （ 9：91 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1 and detected at a wavelength of 280 nm. The column temperature was 40 ℃ . Results ： There was a good linearity within the concentration range of 0.84-8.4 μg for sodium Danshensu（ r=0.9992 ,n=6 ）. The average recovery rate was 98.04% with the RSD of 0.85%. Conclusion ： This method is simple, accurate and reproducible for the determination of sodium Danshensu in Huoxue Dingtong Mixture. |
