| 摘 要： | 总结了近年来活血化瘀法治疗慢性肺源性心脏病（以下简称“肺心痛”）临床应用及作用机理的研究进展，从文献报道来看，活血化瘀法在肺心病的临床应用上也结合了益气、温阳、利水、清肺、化痰、补益肺肾等不同治法。其辨证较为灵活。

| Abstract: | Summarizing the research on curing the chronic pulmonary heart disease with promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and its mechanism in the last ten years. According to the literature, we cure the chronic pulmonary heart disease with the method of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, which usually combines other methods, such as nourishng QI, reinforce Yang, inducing diruresis, puring lung, dissipipating phlegm and reinforce lungkidney etc. We differentiate syndrome very vividly. |
