| 摘 要： | 近年来随着卒中后认知障碍(post-stroke cognitive impairment,PSCI)发病率逐年上升,传统医学作为一种标本兼治、安全有效的治疗方法正逐渐被更多的人接受,其中头针在治疗脑血管疾病领域疗效尤为突出。该文经查阅近10年来相关文献,对头针治疗卒中后认知障碍的取穴定位原则(分别以传统经络腧穴理论、现代大脑皮层功能分区理论为主及二者相结合)和针刺方法(丛刺法、透刺法、排刺法等)进行归纳总结,旨在为临床治疗卒中后认知障碍提供有效参考。

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the increasing incidence rate of post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI),traditional medicine is being accepted by many people as a safe and effective treatment.Based on the review of the relevant literature in the past 10 years,this paper summarizes the principles of acupoint selection and location(based on the traditional meridian acupoint theory,modern cerebral cortex functional zoning theory and the combination of the two)and acupuncture methods(cluster acupuncture,penetration acupuncture,drainage acupuncture,etc.)for the treatment of post-stroke cognitive disorders,in order to provide effective reference for clinical treatment of post-stroke cognitive disorders. |
