| 摘 要： | 目的:对中医文献中芍药甘草汤治疗胫足挛急等进行概述,对现代医家使用芍药甘草汤治疗神经肌肉疾病进行总结,以指导临床辨证使用芍药甘草汤治疗神经痛、肌肉痉挛等疾病。方法:整理历代文献专著,提炼与归纳历代文献中的相关论述。结果:对临床表现出胫足挛急等症状的疾病,历代医家多使用芍药甘草汤随证加减,有所创新,颇具疗效。结论:神经肌肉方面的诸多疾病临床表现为胫足挛急、疼痛等症状,凡属阴伤筋脉失养此种病理机制范围的,概以和血养阴,濡养筋脉为治疗原则,使用芍药甘草汤加味有缓急止痛之效。
