中药治疗卵巢癌机制研究进展

卵巢癌在女性生殖器官恶性肿瘤中的发生率及病死率均较高,其治疗手段是以手术和化疗为主综合治疗。近年来发现我国传统中药或中药制剂如莪术油、苦参碱、蟾蜍毒素、人参皂苷等可发挥对卵巢癌细胞的抑制增殖、诱导凋亡、抑制肿瘤血管生成、逆转多药耐药、增强机体免疫力等抗癌作用。其作为卵巢癌的一种辅助治疗手段,有着广阔的临床应用前景。
