| 摘 要： | 目的 研究超激光疼痛治疗仪（Super Lizer HA-550，SL）照射联合神经阻滞在脊柱压缩性骨折治疗中的临床应用效果。方法 70例椎体压缩性骨折病人分为两组：SL照射联合神经阻滞组及单纯神经阻滞组，统计临床症状消失时间、卧床时间。结果 两组病人治疗后临床症状消失时间、卧床时间存在明显差异（P〈0．05）。结论 SL照射联合神经阻滞辅助治疗脊柱压缩性骨折病人，可明显缓解疼痛，解除伴随症状，缩短卧床时间。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical treatment effect of super lizer(SL) treating patients with nerve block(NB) under the circumstance of spine compressive fracture.Methods 70 cases were randomly divided into two groups:group SL and SNB.Group SL was treated by SL irradiation with combing nerve block,group SNB patients with single nerve block.The clinical symptom reduction and sickbed time were evaluated.Results(The clinical) symptom reduction and sickbed time after treatment in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion SL combing irradiation with nerve block can take exercise earlier and reduce clinical symptoms. |
