Abstract:Objective To explore the inter-relationship between urolithiasis and various factors and to determine the potential implications for prevention.Methods Case-control study included 102 urolithiasis patients and 150 patients in control group.Datas were analyzed by multiple-factor non-conditional-logistic regression analysis.Results Thirteen factors were associated with urolithiasis based on the single-factor logistic regression analysis.Eight factors entered the last model of the multiple-factor logistic regression.BMI(OR=4.638,95%CI:2.002~10.743),high salt diet(OR=3.705,95%CI:1.663~8.254),eating sweet food(OR=2.922,95%CI:1.437-5.939),meat diet(OR=3.806,95%CI:1.956~7.405),animal oi1(OR=7.588,95%CI:(3.318~17.358) were risk factors of urolithiasis.Drinking more water(OR=0.062,95%CI:0.007~0.544),eating vegetables(OR=0.197,95%CI:0.095~0.405)and fruits(OR=0.064,95%CI:0.010~0.408) consumption were protective factors of urolithiasis.Conclusion Urolithiasis is a multifactor disease,and dietary habits are the major influencing factors of urolithiasis.
