基层医院200名社区护士科研能力现状调查及改进策略

目的 了解基层医院护士论文发表和科研能力现状,提出相关改进策略.方法 采用随机抽样法选取郑州市金水区总医院200名护士进行自设问卷调查.结果 该院社区护士10年内发表论文比例偏低,不同学历、年龄、职称及工作年限的社区护士发表论文的比例差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.临床护士从事护理科研的主要困难为工作繁忙（89％）,缺乏科研知识和能力（67％）,没有专业科研培训和指导（58％）及缺乏统计学相关知识（61％）.结论 基层医院社区护士科研能力偏低,科研现状不容乐观,需根据基层医院社区护理特点制定相关科研水平提高策略,积极有效地提高社区临床护士的科研能力.

Survey on Present Situation of Scientific Research of 200 Community Nurses in Grassroots Hospitals and Improvement Strategies

Objective To understand the current situation of research capabilities of nursing in Zhengzhou City Jinshui District General Hospital and propose relevant improvement strategies. Methods 200 nurses in Zhengzhou City Jinshui District General Hospital are selected by random sampling method to conduct self-made questionnaire survey. Results Paper presentation rate of nurses in Zhengzhou City Jinshui District General Hospital is relative low in the recent 10 years. Percentage differences of paper presentation of district nurses with different educational backgrounds, ages, titles and work experiences have statistical meaning （P 〈 0.05）. Main difficulties of clinical nurses engaging in nursing research are busy work （89%） , together with lack of research knowledge and capabilities （67%） , professional research training and guidance and statistical relevant knowledge （61%）. Conclusion Research capabilities of nurses in grassroots district hospitals are relative low and the present situation of research is not optimistic. Relevant research improvement Strategies have to be made according to the characteristics of nursing in grassroots district hospitals in order to effectively improve the research capabilities of district clinical nurses.
