氟伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征患者血脂及血清C反应蛋白的影响

目的探讨氟伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征（ACS）患者血脂及血清C反应蛋白（CRP）水平的影响。方法对该院心内科2010年10月～2011年10月的70例ACS患者,随机分为两组：对照组35例,常规给予硝酸酯类、阿司匹林、氯吡格雷、低分子肝素、β受体阻滞剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）;治疗组35例：在常规治疗基础上给予氟伐他汀钠缓释片80 mg/d;连续用药4周。分别测定服药前、服药4周后患者血脂指标、CRP,比较两组患者血脂、CRP的变化。结果两组治疗后总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三脂（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、CRP均较治疗前下降,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）均较治疗前升高,两组治疗后血脂CRP水平比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论应用氟伐他汀治疗ACS,可显著降低ACS患者血清TC、TG、LDL-C、CRP水平,升高血清HDL-C水平。

Effect of Fluvastatin on Plasma Lipid and C-reactive Protein of the Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective To observe the effect of fluvastatin on plasma lipid and C-reactive protein of the acute coronary syndrome.Methods Seventy patients in department of Cardiology from October 2010 to October 2011 were divided randomly into test group and control group.35 cases in the control group were accepted the routine treatment induding isdsdrbide dinitrate,asprnin,clopiddgrel hydrogen sulfate,nadroparin calcium,metoprolol,and ACEI,based on routine treatment,35 cases in the test group were given fluvastatin sodium extended release tablets 80 mg every day last for 4 weeks.The levels of blood lipid and serum CRP were measured before and after 4 weeks treatment.Results After 4 weeks,the levels of totalcholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and CRP were significantly lower than before administration(P<0.05).While HDL-C was higher than before treatment.There were significant difference in the changes of the levels of the plasma lipid and CRP between these two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Fluvastatin can effectively decrease TC,TG,LDL-C,CRP and increase HDL-C inplasma level to the patients with ACS.
