手术内固定治疗膝关节内骨折33例

目的总结手术内固定治疗膝关节内骨折的方法和治疗效果。方法2001年1月～2005年2月，三门峡市中心医院骨科共治疗膝关节内骨折57例，对资料完整的33例进行总结分析。根据骨折具体情况选用内固定物。股骨远端骨折采用螺钉、钢板或髓内钉内固定；胫骨平台骨折采用螺钉或钢板内固定，关节面塌陷者复位后取骨植骨钢板内固定。结果随访时间8～52个月，平均19个月。骨折平均愈合时间4～6个月。按照Neer膝关节功能评分标准评定：优18例，良10例，可4例，差1例，优良率88．4％。结论膝关节内骨折，根据骨折具体情况采用螺钉、钢板、髓内钉等行骨折复位内固定，能达到可靠的固定效果，能早期进行膝关节功能锻炼，临床疗效满意。

33 Cases of Knee Intraarticular Fracture by Treated internal fixation

Objective To study the effect of knee Intraarticular fracture treated by internal fixation. Methods 57 patients were treated from January 2001 - February 2005, and 33 patients with complete clinical data were analyzed. Femoral intercondylar fracture was treated with screw, plate or intramedullary nail. Tibal plateau fracture was treated with screw or plate, cillapsed tibal plateau fracture was treated with the use of pedic bone graft internal fixation. Results The followed-up period varied from 8 months to 52 months. The average time was 19 months.The average time to bone union was 4- 6 months.The results were assessed with the modified Neer Kneer-rang system. 18 cases got excellent result, 10 cases got good result. 4 cases got fair, result and 1 case got poor result. The total percent of good and excellent clinical results was 88.4 %. Conclusion Knee Intraarticular frqacture treatment by intemal fixation with bolt, screw, plate or intramedullary nail, it is feasibly and efectively.
