辛伐他汀对冠心病患者氧化还原态的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨辛伐他汀和考来烯胺对冠心病患者调脂作用及氧化还原态的影响.方法 选择郏县第二人民医院住院的冠心病患者70例,随机分为辛伐他汀组(35例)和考来烯胺组(35例),分别测定二组患者治疗8周前后总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglycerides,TG)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、还原型谷胱甘肽(reduced glutathione,GSH)和氧化型谷胱甘肽(oxidized glutathione,GSSG),并计算GSH/GSSG比值、GSH/GSSG氧化还原电位.结果 治疗8周后,辛伐他汀组TC、LDL-C和TG显著减低(P<0.01或P<0.05),GSH、GSH/GSSG比值显著升高(P<0.01),GSSG及GSH/GSSG氧化还原电位显著减低(P<0.05);考来烯胺组TC和LDL-C显著减低(P<0.01).结论 辛伐他汀和考来烯胺均可有效调脂,但仅辛伐他汀可使冠心病患者氧化还原态向还原方向偏移.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of simvastatin and cholestyramine on lowering blood lipids and redox status in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 70 patients with coronary heart disease in cardiovascular unit were divided into two groups.35 patients fell into simvastatin group.35 cases was in cholestyramine group.Before and after 8 week's treatment,all patients had their total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and triglycerides(TG),reduced glutathione(GSH) and oxidized glutathione(GSSG) were measured.The GSH/GSSG redox potential were calculated according to Nernst equation.Results After 8 week's treatment,TC,LDL-C and TG decreased significantly in simvastatin group(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and TC and LDL-C decreased significantly in cholestyramine group(P<0.01).In simvastatin group,GSH and GSH/GSSG ratio increased significantly(P<0.01).GSSG and GSH/GSSG redox potential decreased significantly in simvastatin group(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with coronary heart disease,simvastatin and cholestyramine all can efficiently lower blood lipids,but only simvastatin makes redox status shift to deoxidizing direction.
