烤瓷修复体边缘对牙周健康的影响

目的探讨烤瓷冠边缘的处理对牙周健康的影响。方法收集已做烤瓷修复的患者95例，观察分析修复体边缘的密合性、伸展度、光洁度对被修复牙的牙龈健康（龈沟出血指数，探诊深度）的影响。结果修复体边缘超过龈下1mm对牙周健康影响最大，而其他各组较轻；牙体组织与烤瓷边缘有明显缝隙，探诊能进人的病例对牙周健康影响最大。结论烤瓷冠桥修复的边缘与牙周健康密切相关，修复体的边缘尽可能光洁、密合、无悬突、伸展度不超过龈下1mm。

Influence of Metal-ceramic Restoration Margin on Peridontal Health

Objective To investigate the influences of metal-ceramic restoration margin on periodontal health. Methods 95 abutments of metal-ceramic restorations , including their margins＇ fitness and location were examined and their influences on periodontal health including bleeding index and pocket depth were analyzed. Results The restorations had greater influence than others in marginal depth, which was 1 mm, or in marginal discrepancies which was unfitted. Conclusion There is a close relation between the metal-ceramic restorations＇ margins and the periodontal health. In order to maintain periodontal health, the margins should be smooth , closely fitted. There is no overhanging and the moderate location is below 1 mm.
