| 摘 要： | 介绍国外信息化评估现状,在专家咨询的基础之上,根据卫生信息化评价指标的建立原则,构建包括3个1级维度、9个2级指标、30个3级指标的卫生信息化评价指标框架。确定指标的权重系数,形成信息化评价体系,以期为我国卫生信息化评价的理论和实践研究提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The current situation of informatization assessment status in foreign countries is introduced in the paper. Based on the experts consultation, according to principles of setting up indexes for health informatization assessment, a preliminary index system for assess health informatization system is introduced in the paper including 3 major dimension, 9 secondary indexes, and 30 tertiary indexes. The weight coefficients are clarified to form a informatization assessment system, intending to provide references for corresponding theoretical and practical research in China. |
