| Abstract: | The paper describes a survey of the utilization situation of Beijing Academic Library & Information System (BALIS) original-text delivery service by both of questionnaire and online inquiry in colleges and universities in Beijing. The result displays that BALIS original-text delivery service has got certain recognized, but some problems still exist, and websites have become major ways for readers to get documents which the libraries have not collected. |
