| 摘 要： | 介绍传统舆情分析方法面临的挑战，探讨基于计算机科学和网络技术的舆情分析系统及其在舆情分析服务实践中的应用，指出我国相关机构开展舆情分析工作应注意的问题，包括提高领导重视程度、加强队伍建设、积极开展网络舆情收集监测与分析利用工作。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the facing challenges of traditional public opinion analysis method, discusses the public opinion analysis system based on computer science and network technique, and its application in public opinion analysis service practice, points out the noted problems of carrying out public opinion analysis service in related agencies in China, including: improving the leadership emphasis, strengthening personnel construction, actively promoting collecting, monitoring, analyzing and utilizing work on network public opinion. |
