合同研究组织的发展及我国应采取的对策

随着全球医药产业的迅猛发展和新药研究开发难度的增加,合同研究组织(CRO)作为一个新兴的医药产业形式迅速发展起来。本文在系统阐述合同研究组织的定义、功能及其兴起背景的基础上,以美国、欧洲、亚洲为例,详细的介绍合同研究组织在世界范围内的发展状况及在未来几年内的发展趋势,并分析我国合同研究组织的发展现状、存在问题。同时,结合我国的国情,提出了发展我国合同研究组织应采取的对策。

The Developments of CRO and Strategies We Should Take

With the rapidly developments of global pharmaceutical industry and much greater challenges pharmaceu- tical companies have to face during drug research and development,Contract Research Organization(CRO)as a new branch of pharmaceutical industry grows quickly all over the world.In this paper,first of all,we systemically introduce the definition and function of CRO,the reason why CRO grow so quickly in recent years.Then we choose America,Europe and Asia as ex- amples to explain the development of CRO.In the end,we analyze the development of CRO in China,point out the problems exit in the developments;at the same time we give several pieces of advice for the development of CRO in China.
