| 摘 要： | 阐述学科信息共享空间(SIC)的涵义,分析医院图书馆SIC建设的可行性和必要性,结合烟台毓璜顶医院图书馆工作实践,提出医院图书馆SIC建设工作思路、目标及建设规划,指出在资源建设、空间建设以及队伍建设等方面的具体做法,为医院图书馆传统信息服务向学科化、专业化、个性化方向转变提供有益借鉴。
