抗痨颗粒剂对小鼠胸腺皮质厚度、胸腺和脾脏淋巴细胞数及迟发型超敏反应的影响

摘    要:目的 观察小鼠胸腺皮质厚度、胸腺和脾脏淋巴细胞数及迟发型超敏反应 ,探讨抗痨颗粒剂对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 将小鼠分为正常对照组 ,实验空白对照组 ,盐酸左旋咪唑组 ,抗痨颗粒剂高、中、低剂量组 ,除实验空白对照组外 ,各组分别灌胃给药 14d后 ,对胸腺皮质厚度、胸腺和脾脏淋巴细胞数进行测定。另给分组后的小鼠注射羊红细胞致敏 ,观察其迟发型超敏反应。结果 抗痨颗粒剂可增加小鼠胸腺皮质厚度、胸腺和脾脏淋巴细胞数 ,并增强小鼠迟发型超敏反应。结论 抗痨颗粒剂具有增强细胞免疫功能的作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Kanglao Granules (KG) on mouse cellular immune function by observing thickness of thymic cortex, number of the lymphocytes in thymus gland and the spleen, and delayed hypersensitivity in mice. Methods The mice were randomly divided into 6 groups, namely the normal control, blank control, levamisole hydrochloride, KG large dose, KG medium dose, and KG small dose. After KG were given to the treating groups by intragastric administration once a day successively for 14 days, the thickness of thymic cortex and number of the lymphocytes in thymus gland and the spleen were examined in mice. The effects of KG on delayed hypersensitivity were observed in the mice with an injection of sheep red blood cells. Results KG could increase the thickness of thymic cortex and number of the lymphocytes in thymus gland and the spleen, and also enhance delayed hypersensitivity in mice. Conclusion KG can enhance mouse cellular immune function.
