止消通脉宁对实验性糖尿病大鼠早期肾脏一氧化氮合酶基因表达的影响

摘    要:探讨中药复方止消通脉宁对糖尿病大鼠肾脏一氧化氮合成酶 (NOS)基因表达的影响。采用链脲佐菌素 (STZ)腹腔注射建立模型 ,分为模型组、中药治疗组、西药治疗组、正常对照组 ,并应用反转录多聚酶链反应技术 (RT PCR) ,观察NOSmRNA在各组间的表达情况。结果 :与正常对照组相比 ,模型组肾脏诱生型NOS(iNOS)表达明显增高 ,中药及西药均可使iNOS表达水平下调 ,中药组下调更为明显。

Abstract:The effects of the traditional Chinese preparation, Zhixiaotongmaining (ZTN), on the gene expression of iNOS mRNA in the kidney were studied in rats with experimental diabetes. The rats were divided into the model (established by abdominal injection of streptozotocin) group, ZTN treating group, general drug treating group and control group, and the RT_PCR technique was used to observe the expression of iNOS mRNA in all the four groups. The results showed that compared with the control group, the level of the expression of iNOS mRNA was obviously higher in the model group, that in the ZTN treating group or the general drug treating group was lower, especially that in the ZTN treating group.
