冬夏不同光照下大白鼠松果体细胞结构变化的电镜观察

摘    要:在短冬光照和长夏光照情况下 ,通过电镜观察大白鼠的松果体细胞结构差异。实验结果表明 ,与夏时比较 ,在冬时的松果体细胞的超微结构有以下的特征 :①松果体细胞的核较大 ,其异染色质稀少 ;②细胞质内有许多高尔基复合体 ,其囊腔扩大 ;③高尔基复合体附近有许多膜包小泡 ;④糖原增加。以上结果提示大白鼠的松果体的功能活动呈现季节性节律。

Abstract:The structural differences of pinealocytes of the rats undergone different sunlight of winter and summer seasons were observed by electron microscopy. The results showed that compared with the rats undergone the sunlight of summer, the rats undergone the sunlight of winter showed the following ultrastructural changes in their pinealocytes: (1) the nucleus became larger, with less heterochromatin; (2) there were many Golgi bodies in the cytoplasm, with enlarged cyst cavities; (3) there were many small membraniferous vesiculae around the Golgi bodies; (4) the level of glycogen increased. The above-mentioned changes suggest that the pineal functional activities in the rat have a seasonal rhythmicity.
