| 摘 要： | 运用化疗荷瘤小鼠模型，测胸腺和脾指数，３ＨＴｄＲ掺入法测胸腺细胞增殖，中性红比色法测腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能，计算抑瘤率。结果：黄芪Ｓ４加环磷酰胺组与环磷酰胺组比较，胸腺、脾指数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、胸腺细胞增殖均有显著差别。单用黄芪Ｓ４亦能促进荷瘤小鼠胸腺细胞增殖，并对Ｓ１８０实体瘤有抑制作用，抑瘤率为３５７８％。研究表明黄芪Ｓ４与化疗药合用能改善化疗造成的免疫抑制，且有抑瘤作用

| Abstract: | Examine thymus and spleen index of the mice models, determine thymocyte multiplication by 3 HTdR incorporation, and phagocytic function of celiac macrophage by neutralred colorimetric method. Then calculate the tumor inhibitory rate. Results: Compare the group of Astragalus S4 (AS) and cyclophosphamide with the control group of cyclophosphamide, significant difference was showed. Using AS alone can also promote thymocyte multiplication of the tumorigenic mice and have some inhibitory action, the rate was 35.78%. Conclusion: AS combined with chemotherapy drugs can ameliorate the immunological suppression by chemotherapy and have tumor inhibitory action. |
