肺康方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺动脉高压的临床研究

目的　探讨肺康方对慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺动脉高压的作用 ,并研究其作用机理。方法　对60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)肺动脉高压患者随机分为肺康治疗组和心痛定对照组各 30例。观察治疗前后的肺动脉平均压 (MPAP)、临床主要症状、肺功能、血气分析、血液流变学、内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)等的变化。结果　肺康方和心痛定均能降低肺动脉高压 ,调节ET与CGRP的平衡 ,但肺康方还能改善肺功能、血气分析和血液流变学指标 ,而心痛定不能 ,且肺康方改善咳嗽、咳痰和乏力的症状优于心痛定。结论　肺康方对COPD肺动脉高压治疗优于心痛定 ,有较好的临床应用前景

Clinical Trial of Feikang Formula for the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated by Pulmonary Hypertension

Objective To investigate the effects of Feikang Formula (FF) on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated by pulmonary hypertension and the mechanism of the effects of FF. Methods 60 Cases of COPD complicated by pulmonary hypertension were randomly divided into the FF-group and the nifedipine-group (30 cases in each group). The changes in the mean pulmonary artery pressure, major clinical symptoms, pulmonary functions, blood gas, blood rheology, and the levels of endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) were observed in both groups. Results Both FF and nifedipine could decrease pulmonary hypertension, regulate the balance between ET and CGRP. In addition, FF showed effects of improving pulmonary functions and the indexes of blood gas and blood rheology while nifedipine showed no such effects. Furthermore, FF showed better effects in reducing such symptoms as cough, cough with sputum, and lack of strength, as compared with nifedipine. Conclusion The effects of FF in the treatment of COPD complicated by pulmonary hypertension are better than those of nifedipine, and FF shows a rather good future in clinical application.
