中药复方肠安泰胶囊对大肠癌肺转移模型小鼠肠粘膜T细胞及NK细胞的诱导

为了观察肠安泰胶囊对肠管粘膜免疫系统T细胞及NK细胞的诱导 ,建立了大肠癌肺转移小鼠动物模型 ,采用ABC免疫染色方法对小肠 ,大肠免疫因素做相关分析。结果显示荷瘤对照组与正常对照组相比 ,T细胞及NK细胞在小肠 ,大肠均有增加趋势。荷瘤治疗组与荷瘤对照组相比 ,T细胞及NK细胞在小肠有显著性增加 (P <0 0 1)。提示肠安泰胶囊预防大肠癌肺转移的机理 ,与其诱导肠管粘膜免疫系统T细胞及NK细胞有关

Inductive Effects of Changantai Capsules on T and NK cells in the Intestinal Mucosa in the Mouse Model of Pulmonary Cancerometastasis of Colorectal Cancer

In order to study the inductive effects of Changantai Capsules on T and NK cells of the immune system of the Intestinal Mucosa, the mouse model of pulmonary cancerometastasis of colorectal cancer was established, and ABC immune staining method was used in the correlation analysis of the immune factors of the small and large intestines. The results showed that compared with those in the normal group, T and NK cells manifested an increasing tendency in the small and large intestines in the cancer carried control group; and compared with those in the cancer carried control group, T and NK cells significantly increased in the small intestine ( P < 0.01) in the treated cancer carried group. The results imply that the mechanism of the preventive effects of Changantai Capsules on pulmonary cancerometastasis of colorectal cancer may relate to their inducing T and NK cells of the immune system of the Intestinal Mucosa.
