| 摘 要： | 从浊毒理论出发认识慢性胃炎成为学界的一种新思路。界定了浊毒概念,提出浊毒相关为害是慢性胃炎的主病机,系统总结了慢性胃炎浊毒特性的临床表现、基本治法、方药和分层用药规律、病下辨证治疗规律及其兼夹证的治疗。临床上应用化浊解毒法不仅能改善症状,还可使萎缩的腺体恢复,并且能截断病势、逆转肠上皮化生和异型增生。
