| 摘 要： | 首先对意象概念进行疏解。意的内涵包括三点:意侧重于忆时,属于短期记忆范畴;侧重于志时,属于长期记忆范畴;侧重于心时,与思、虑、智构成完整的思维行程,属于思维行程中的1个环节。象为表象、征象、法式,又蕴见乃谓之象。继而对意象诊疗模式结构进行解析:意象(证候)=意(医者之忆、志、心)(象(患者之舌象、脉象,疾病之征象)。此结构可分属于深层动力系统和表层操作系统,意象诊疗模式通过深层动力系统与表层操作系统有序衔接、流畅通达的动态实施过程得以显现。可以将其划分为4个环节:立象(意之志象);立象过程(意之忆象形成过程);立意(意之心象);综合集成。最后概括出意象诊疗模式具有唯象性、思辩性和动态性特点。
