| 摘 要： | 采用猪血清方法复制大鼠肝纤维化模型 ,应用清热利湿方药进行防治 ,观察形态学与免疫组织化学变化。结果表明 :清热利湿方药能保护肝细胞 ,抑制胶原等物质的合成和分泌 ,并加速其降解和吸收 ,从而起到预防和治疗肝纤维化的作用

| Abstract: | Rat hepatic fibrosis model was induced by porcine serum and treated by a heat clearing away and damp excreting recipe. The morphological and immunohistochemical changes of the model were observed. The results showed that the above mentioned recipe could protect hepatocytes, inhibit the synthesis and secretion of some substances, such as collagen, and promote the degradation and absorption of them,which implies that the recipe can play a role in preventing and treating hepatic fibrosis. |
